
- TUNING embraces healthy lifestyle, so to keep the healthy food safe, please keep it always stored in the refrigerator and comply with the heating instructions that are mentioned on the upper side of the box.
- Food received is to be consumed on the next day, so make sure to consume the food before the expiry date that is mentioned on the meal.
- Changes made to the menu (freezing, subscription changes…) will be effective in 48 hours.
- Delivery is between 10 am - 10 pm. With every delivery, we distribute the meals scheduled for the next day to ensure our clients have their meal boxes right on time.
- Subscription cancellation will be effective in 48 hours, and payment refund and cancelation will be under the following conditions:
1- Cancelation is not accepted after 3 days from subscription start , No cancelation for 7 days & day 1 subscriptions
2- Opening file fees (KD 10) with the consultation fees (KD 25) and In Body test (KD 15) will be deducted from the refunded amount
3- The value of the days consumed is calculated based on the one-day subscription fees, for all programs, and according to the type of the subscription (Weight loss program is KD 12/day and Sport program is KD 14/day)
- In case the client hasn't selected his meals, 3 days before the delivery date, we communicate with the client to fill up his menu, and if no feedback is received, the menu will be automatically filled by our system.
- The maximum duration of subscription freeze is 3 months from the starting date. And the participant has no right to activate the same or refund any related amounts after three months.
