Subscription and delivery Policy :
- The Food must always be stored in the refrigerator.
- Heating instructions are available at the top of the box.
- The food must be consumed as per the schedule and timing.
- Changes made to the menu will be effective in 48 hours.
- Delivery is between 8 AM and 6 PM. With every delivery
- We distribute the meals scheduled for the next day to ensure our clients have their meal boxes right on time.
- The customer undertakes receiving his/her daily meals from our delivery team within a period that doesn’t exceed 15 minutes. If the customer fails to comply with the above statement, the company is exempted from any responsibility pertaining to the food quality.
- Payment - refund policy :
1-Subscription cancelation will be effective in 48 hours.
2- The money will be refunded after 48 hours.
3- Refund is not applicable after 3 days of subscription.
4- Registration fees (10.KD), consultation fees (25.KD), in addition to body composition assessment fees (15.KD) will be all deducted from the refunded amount.
5-The One-Day charges are calculated based on the program type: Weight Loss Program is (12.KD ) per day and Athletes’ Program is (14.KD) per day
6-Freezing the subscription must not exceed a period of 3 months, and the client has no right to activate the same or to refund any related amount after the aforementioned period.
